Official 20 Mile Garage Sale© & Market on the Square Listing and Map will be Published the Week of the Sale
If you would like to sign up to sell, choose the appropriate form for your sales. We advertise both vendors on the square and local garage sales, in the towns listed. All instructions are on the forms and on this page, further down after you see the donate button. The donation button is for your convenience to pay your registration fee for a spot on the town square in Ladonia.
Garage Sales
Download your agreement and fill it out OR use our new online registration process! We accept garage sales in Ladonia, Bug Tussle, Pecan Gap, Ben Franklin, and Dial areas. If you choose to have a garage sale at your residence there is no fee. We only publish addresses and descriptions, but we still need your contact info. Mail or email your info as requested on the form.

For the MARKET ON THE SQUARE, May 11, 2024, reserve your spot by April 27, 2024.
- WE CANNOT RESERVE SPOTS WITHOUT PRIOR PAYMENT.
- After April 27, the prices go up as seen on the REGISTRATION FORM / VENDOR AGREEMENT document.

Your registration fee payment reserves your spot. (When you use the donate button it may say it's a donation).
The success of this event depends on all the vendors being set up before 8:00 am and staying till 4 pm. This is very important for the shoppers who travel long distances to see you.
BY SIGNING THE REGISTRATION FORM / VENDOR AGREEMENT you are agreeing to the following:
1. Be present before 7:30 am to set up. (Set up as early as 6:00am)
2. Unload and have your car parked off the square by 7:30am
3. Stay for the duration, meaning 4:00 pm so you catch the afternoon crowd as well.
4. Pack up and tear down 4 pm -5 pm.
For the safety of our vendors, customers and volunteers we need to adhere to this schedule.
Spaces marked with red boxes have access to 110v electricity, yellow boxes have 220v electricity.
6-11 and 17 are first come first serve for food vendors that need electricity. You will need to bring your own extension cords and material to secure your cord. Thank you!
